ORDERS ARE SENT TWICE A WEEK, ON MONDAY AND THURSDAY.
This means a processing time of 1 to 3 days to add to the delivery time.
You are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping address when you check out.
Canadian orders
4.50$ flat rate shipping. Shipping surcharges apply to oversized or heavy items (craft kit, yarn, needle set, 20mm felt balls, etc.). VIEW OVERSIZED ITEMS.

The majority of orders are sent by Canada Post Letter Mail. No tracking is available. If you want a tracking number, please select Expedited Shipping at checkout.
Regular mails are delivered within two business days within a city, three business days within a province, and four business days nationally (excluding the mailing day).
These are the delivery times announced on the Canada Post website. However, if you don't choose Expedited or Xpresspost, allow up to two weeks for delivery.
If you are in Estrie, you can pick up your order at our warehouse in Sherbrooke. The option is available during checkout. Use code 29CATE to remove shipping charges, and we'll notify you when your order is ready. The pickup address is 29 Cate Street, Sherbrooke, QC, J1J 2N9.
USA orders
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS: Due to the recent suspension of the de minimis exemption by the U.S. administration (under the Trump-era policy change), I’ve unfortunately had to drastically increase the shipping costs to include all the required customs fees ⚠️
Due to the current difficult customs situation, we are no longer accepting returns. If an item is defective, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
Once your order clears US customs, delivery will take 3 to 6 working days. The whole process takes 5 to 10 business days by first-class mail.
Customs procedures may extend delivery timelines; we appreciate your understanding as these are outside our responsibility.
International orders
We no longer ship internationally.
This decision stems from the increasingly complex web of legal requirements and regulatory standards imposed by various countries, such as the EU's GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation).
The escalating costs associated with taxes, duties, and compliance have made international shipping unfeasible for a small business like ours.
